Directions for Use
Squeeze dropper under your tongue. Hold the liquid there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. It can also be mixed in with your favorite beverage or drizzled on food. Suggested use: 1-2 droppers (1-2ML) daily. Dosage will vary depending on the individual. Take less than one serving for initial dose. Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dark & dry place.
